What is being learned?
Practical AI integrations and workflow automation with sober fit checks, useful where evaluation on real tasks justifies the cost. AI drafts are welcome; publishing still needs a human pass.
What is deliberately not being done?
- Turning barbu.es into an agency or portfolio template
- Publishing empty Talks / Reading / taxonomy pages before real material exists
- Inventing case-study metrics or authority signals for the Knowledge Graph
- Chasing Lighthouse vanity over real-user experience and factual clarity
